Terms and Conditions

Reservations:

All services must be reserved at least 2 (two) days before the desired day to ensure availability of the unit(s).

Contracts and Payments:

If required, the client must sign a contract and pay a 50% (fifty percent) advance of the value of the service through a bank deposit or cash, to ensure the availability of the date(s) and vehicle(s).

Payments can be done in cash, card, bank transaction, or SINPE MOVIL.

All services must pay 13% (thirteen percent) IVA.

Modifications and Additional Services:

CADU services are limited to the transport previously described by the client and quoted by the company. All changes to the service will generate a modification to the value of it.

All additional services must be solicited with sufficient anticipation and are subject to availability.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be done at least 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance, or before the unit moves to complete the service, to reimburse the money.

If the unit is already underway, 50% (fifty percent) of the fee must be paid and if the unit is already at the place and the service is canceled, 100% (one hundred percent) of the fee must be paid.

Vehicle Use Conditions:

The consumption of food and/or drinks is prohibited within the vehicle, except for special situations that must be previously communicated.

It is completely prohibited the consumption of any and all types of addicting substances such as smoking cigarettes or vaping.

During the entire time the service is being completed, the integrity of the vehicle should be maintained. Within the realms of possibilities, the user, and their items, shouldn’t enter the unit extremely dirty, muddy, or wet.

Any and all damages that are considered excessive and out of normalcy, must be covered in full by the client.

During the entire time, the service is being provided and while inside the vehicle, all respect and courtesies should be observed, both to the client/user and the assigned personnel by CADU.

Use of Images:

The client agrees to be photographed within the units and at the places where the transport will be carried out. These images carry the purpose of marketing material and in the use of social media.

Should the client/user desire for their face or likeness to not be used or shown, their faces will be hidden or their pictures won’t be used, but only after they have made their wishes known.
